Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, incorrect, missing, etc. contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Pictures of damaged/incorrect items must be sent. Please read over the care card provided with your order. Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for replacement. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final. 

Keep in mind that Daydreamer Designs' Graphic Tees, Photo, Foil & Druzy Jewelry are handmade. It can take up to 7 business days for orders to be made before they are shipped. Sometimes life happens, we get it. In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. You will be refunded minus 10%. This is because, we do not receive transaction fees back on refunds and we will have to take the time to pull your order and process the refund. Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for refund/cancellation. *Custom orders are not refundable.
