From the date of your payment, please allow up to 10 business days for us to create your order (12 business days for custom orders). If you need to put a rush on your order, please email us before placing your order to discuss possibilities. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days + $50 Insurance: $9.00
Priority Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days + $100 Insurance: $30.00
Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.
Pickup Orders: We will email you with pickup information when your order is ready. Pickup is in Hitchcock, TX.
International Shipping

Priority Shipping: 6-10 Business Days + $100 Insurance: $35.00

TRACKING ORDERS
We will email tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged. If you have an account, you can also check the status of your order at anytime. If you do not have an account and have not received tracking information by the end of the estimated processing time frame, feel free to contact us!
PICK UP ORDERS
We will email pickup info as soon as your order has been packaged. Pickup is in Hitchcock, TX. If you arrive before we have contacted you, you will be asked to come back for pickup. From the date of your pickup email, your order must be picked up within 7 business days. If not picked up, you will be invoiced for standard shipping ($4.50). If no actions are taken, your order will be considered closed. NO refunds will be given.
If you select the pickup option by mistake or just changed your mind, please contact us within 72 hours. After this time frame, you are responsible for shipping cost (we will have to re-open the order, put it back into processing and re-package it for shipping).

PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
If you want to us reship an unclaimed, refused, or un-deliverable package, that was returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
